1. Solid body frame
The body frame is made of high quality square tube, meet USA ASTM standard. Can bear 345 Mpa. There is two structures optional,
one is straight leg, another is bent leg.
All steel construction, the auto car body rotisserie is for restore car or truck body or frame. It allows 360° of rotation with
two spring loaded positioning pins, giving easy access body work such as paint removal, painting, welding, sandblasting or any other works.
2. Unique 5.0mm steel thickness
The square tube steel thickness has 3.5mm and 5.0mm two thickness. Usually standard thickness is 5.0mm
3. Hydraulic ram meet CE standard

4. High precision
Use plasma cutting machine to cut the material, and CNC turret punch press to drill hole, high precision, control deviation in 0.3mm
5. Nitrogen gas welding
Use nitrogen gas for welding, it will make body stronger than CO2 welding.
6. Durable powder-coat finish
All car rotisseries feature a durable powder-coat finish that gives the metal a high-quality, extremely durable finish which can withstand even the harshest environmental or chemical conditions. Unlike other companies that claim to powder coat, we take pride in our meticulous 10-step process. First, all parts are visually inspected before being sandblasted. Afterwards, the parts are washed in our 5-stage phosphate tanks that can accommodate parts up to 25' long. Once cleaned, they're immediately dried to avoid rust production, and then outgassed. Outgassing pre-bakes the parts in a curing oven, reducing the possibility of blemishes that may be hiding in the pores of the metal. If not properly outgassed, imperfections in the metal may bubble during the curing process and most likely will cause chips in the powder. After the parts are washed and outgassed, any surfaces and / or threaded holes that need to be masked or plugged are done so with high-temperature masking tape and silicone plugs. Next, the parts are given a quick thinner wipe to remove any light debris or fingerprints, before being hung on an electro statically grounded conveyor line. The powder is finally applied using an electrostatic spray gun. The powder “sticks" to the surface in a fashion similar to how dust sticks to a television screen. Once the parts are powder coated, the carts are rolled into our curing oven and
baked at 400° F for 45 minutes.
7. High quality caster.
Different type caster for suitable model, solid caster, rubber caster and big size rubber caster. Built with 6 swivel solid
castors and allow you to remove the car rotisserie easier.
